Copyright takedown
For a copyright holder who believes material published here infringes their rights.
Every fact links to its source and shows the date we read it. We print a business's own words as published, never reworded. Attribution for a licensed dataset is on the terms page.
How to send a notice
Send it to [pending: the published contact address] or through the contact page. No payment, no account.
Include:
- The copyrighted work you hold rights in.
- The material here you believe infringes, with its page address.
- Your name, postal address and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
[pending: the lawyer confirms the notice elements and any agent naming required under Australian law, this draft states a neutral procedure and cites no statute]
What happens next
We log, assess and answer every notice. If it's substantiated, we take the material off the published pages and out of the stored data behind them. Either way we send you the outcome within 30 days. On the contact page, a notice is "Something else".
